What is your order processing time?
We usually take 1–3 business days to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order with care.
I haven’t received my tracking number yet. Why?
Tracking details are shared after your order is shipped. If it’s delayed, your order may still be under processing. You can always message us for an update.

We do accept custom Light Art requests depending on complexity and availability. You can share your design idea with us for confirmation.
Your Order
How can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request cancellation by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
I entered the wrong details. Can I change my order?
If the order is not shipped, we can update your address, size, or quantity. Once shipped, changes are not allowed.
General Questions
Do you restock sold-out products?
Yes, we restock items regularly based on demand. If something is out of stock, it should return soon unless it’s a limited edition.
